Payment
Can be done by these cards: DK, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Maestro. Fees due to the use of payment cards are charged to the customer. After ordering you will receive an e-mail containing confirmation of your order. We reserve the right for sold out stock, print and price errors, and a binding purchase agreement has only been made once you have received an invoice from us.
Delivery
If your order concerns a physical product (book, cd etc.) we will send it to you within a couple of days by PostNord. Notice that PostNord has up to five days of deliverance. If you are not home it will be delivered to the nearest post office and PostNord is responsible for notifying you. Downloads will be delivered to your email right after your purchase.
Cancellation of your order – 14 days right of withdrawal

If your order concerns a physical product (book, cd etc.) and we have not sent it yet. You’ll get your money back. If we already have sent the physical product to you and you want to return it. You can do that within 14 days. The return shipment will be at your cost. The items you want to return must be send to Matzau Erhvervspsykologer ApS, Vesterbrogade 60 A, 1620 Copenhagen, Denmark. When we receive the item, we will check it and you will be refunded the amount you have paid to us at the time of purchase.
If your order concerns a meditation. We do not return your money, but your are welcome to give your seat to another person. The person must bring the order confirmation.
If your order concerns a download. We do not return your money. Unless the download file is broken.
Your personal information
Regarding your purchase at matzau.dk, you must accept our terms of trade as described in this document. Upon purchase, you must complete all the information we request. If we find that the information is incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
The personal data are registered with Matzau Erhvervspsykologer ApS and are kept for 5 years. We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to you and regarding our accounting. By accepting our terms of use, you agree to, that we collect personal information through our website for the purpose of handling your order. Your information is not disclosed to third parties.
