ABOUT LORELEI
Lorelei (Majken Lorelei Matzau) is a Danish psychologist, author, and crystal singing bowl master. She divides her time between Copenhagen and Los Angeles and is the founder of Lorelei’s Concert Hall in Copenhagen, where she offers concerts, ceremonies, and sound baths.
With more than 25 years of experience in uplifting and developing individuals and organizations, Lorelei brings a unique approach to her work—bridging psychology, leadership, and spirituality.
As both a ceremonialist and an alchemy crystal singing bowl master, she fuses her deep psychological expertise with the astonishing, elevating frequencies of her alchemy crystal singing bowls. Lorelei works with more than 65 bowls, in both Copenhagen and Los Angeles.
An accomplished writer, Lorelei is also in high demand as a speaker and spiritual teacher. She is the author of five books and numerous articles and op-eds published in leading journals and media outlets. Additionally, she has recorded 19 albums featuring sacred music, guided meditations, and inner journeys.

Born in Denmark in 1969, Lorelei (Majken Lorelei Matzau) holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen and is authorized by the Danish Supervisory Board of Psychological Practice. She also holds a degree in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and has more than 25 years of experience as a practicing psychologist.
Since 1995, Lorelei has worked in organizational settings, leading leadership and development projects for a wide range of international companies. She has served as a coach, advisor, and keynote speaker, giving seminars and lectures in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany, France, the U.S., the Netherlands, and the UK.
Lorelei is the founder and CEO of Matzau Business Psychologists—a Copenhagen-based coaching and consultancy firm comprising 12 business psychologists. The team specializes in stress management and supports the development of individuals, organizations, and corporate cultures. www.matzau.dk

A lifelong musician, Lorelei integrates her psychological and spiritual practice with the transformational and meditative frequencies of her alchemy crystal singing bowls. She plays more than 65 extraordinary bowls—crafted by Crystal Tones in the U.S.—during her concerts and ceremonies.
Lorelei is also the owner of Lorelei’s Concert Hall in Copenhagen, where she hosts large-scale concerts and ceremonies. The hall, located in a magnificent 200-year-old mansion in central Copenhagen, is renowned for its vortex-like energy and cosmic acoustics. Its daring and majestic interior has been featured in several international design and lifestyle magazines.
Lorelei began practicing meditation and inner journeying in early childhood, learning visualization, yogic techniques, and mental training as part of her experience as a top-level competitive swimmer. She has also been a devoted lucid dreamer from a young age.
She has led and participated in extensive meditation programs around the world—including in Hawaii, Nepal, Egypt, Tibet, Peru, and the U.S. For over 25 years, Lorelei has taught sacred inner journeying and facilitated deeply transformative meditation ceremonies for large audiences.
